How much does it cost to boost a Telegram channel: price per boost per day and per month
Short answer: one boost for a Telegram channel costs $0.0165 for 1 day, $0.22 for 30 days and $0.85 for 180 days at TGFocus; 10 boosts for a month are $2.19 and 100 boosts for a week $7.26. Prices are quoted per 1,000 boosts and match the cabinet at app.tgfocus.com; the minimum order is 1. If by “boost” you mean promoting the channel in general (ads, members), those are different services, explained below.
What a boost is in Telegram
A boost is a vote that a user with a Premium subscription gives to a channel or group. Collected boosts raise the channel's level, and the level unlocks features: channel stories, appearance colours, custom emoji and reactions. How many boosts the next level needs depends on the channel size and is shown in the app under “Boost channel”; Telegram changes these numbers, so check the current value in your own channel. Boosts do not add members or views.
Boost prices by duration
| Duration | Price per 1,000 | Per boost | Per boost per day | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 day | $16.50 | $0.0165 | $0.0165 | 30,000 |
| 7 days | $72.60 | $0.0726 | $0.0104 | 30,000 |
| 14 days | $119.90 | $0.1199 | $0.0086 | 30,000 |
| 30 days | $218.90 | $0.2189 | $0.0073 | 30,000 |
| 60 days | $385.00 | $0.385 | $0.0064 | 20,000 |
| 90 days | $528.00 | $0.528 | $0.0059 | 20,000 |
| 180 days | $854.70 | $0.8547 | $0.0047 | 20,000 |
The longer the period, the cheaper a boost per day: a month comes to $0.0073 per boost per day against $0.0165 for a one-day order. Boosts stay for the paid period, drops are topped up, and they are removed when the period ends; the channel level goes down then unless other boosts remain.
Worked examples
Total = quantity × price per 1,000 ÷ 1,000.
| Goal | Offer | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 10 boosts for a month | 30 days | $2.19 |
| 50 boosts for a month | 30 days | $10.95 |
| 100 boosts for a week (for a campaign) | 7 days | $7.26 |
| 100 boosts for half a year | 180 days | $85.47 |
| 300 boosts for a month | 30 days | $65.67 |
Take the quantity from the “Boost channel” screen: it shows how many boosts the channel has and how many are missing for the next level. The calculator gives the exact amount for any quantity and duration.
Why boosts cost about $1 elsewhere
On freelance marketplaces boosts are sold one by one; the results show about $1 per boost with a cap of a few hundred. That is manual resale of Premium account slots with a per-unit markup. In a panel the price is set per 1,000 and depends on the duration: the same boost for a month is $0.22. Compare the price per boost at the same duration and check what happens on drops: our time-limited boosts are topped up.
Boosts, ads and members are different purchases
| Purchase | What it changes | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Boosts | The channel level and its features; adds no members | Boosts page |
| Members | The channel's member counter | Members page, from $0.455 per 1,000 |
| Premium members | Members with Premium for a period; they can, but need not, give a boost | Premium members page |
| Telegram Ads | Impressions of your ad in other channels, paid per impression | Telegram's official platform; TGFocus does not sell it |
The free way to collect boosts is to ask your Premium subscribers to give the channel a slot: every Premium user has several slots that can be moved between channels. For a channel without a Premium audience this usually does not work, which is why boosts are bought for a period.
Order terms
You need a channel or group link, public t.me/name or invite t.me/+…; communities with join-request approval are not supported. Cancellation before the start goes through support, and the undelivered part is refunded to the balance. Balance top-up starts at $1, by card or cryptocurrency. No password or admin rights are needed.
