Terms of service
1. Subject
TGFocus fulfils orders that increase Telegram counters: members, Premium members, views and reactions. An order applies to the link supplied by the buyer and is delivered in the ordered quantity.
2. Order and price
- Orders are placed and paid in the cabinet at app.tgfocus.com from the account balance. An order is the buyer's confirmation of the final amount in the cabinet.
- Prices are in USD per 1,000. The total is quantity × price ÷ 1,000, rounded to the cent. Site prices match the cabinet.
- If an offer's price changes, the new price is shown in the cabinet before the order is confirmed.
3. Buyer obligations
- Provide a link of the correct type: a public or invite link for members, an invite link for Premium members, a post link for views and reactions.
- Have the right to manage the channel, group or post, or the owner's consent.
- Not use the services to violate Telegram rules, laws or third-party rights.
4. Delivery and guarantees
- The order is delivered in the ordered quantity. The undelivered part is refunded to the balance.
- Refill is included only on offers that state it and works on the offer's terms. A refill is not a refund.
- Before delivery starts, an order is canceled via support with a full refund to the balance.
- A counter change does not guarantee audience engagement, sales, reach or the channel's standing in Telegram.
5. Data
For delivery and support we store the order link, contact, quantity, amount and status history. Telegram passwords and codes are never requested. See the privacy page for details.
