How to pay for Telegram members with crypto or a card: top-up, balance and refunds
Short answer: payment happens in the cabinet at app.tgfocus.com. You top up the balance by card or cryptocurrency, and orders are then deducted from the balance. Crypto is the option where cards do not work or international payments fail; no access to your Telegram account is needed to pay or order. The tgfocus.com site itself takes no payments and never asks for card details.
How to top up and order, step by step
- Sign up in the cabinet at app.tgfocus.com: an e-mail and a cabinet password, not your Telegram password.
- Open the top-up page and choose the method: card or cryptocurrency.
- For crypto, pick the coin and network (payments go through the Cryptomus gateway, also known as Heleket; the list is below), send exactly the stated amount to the stated address and wait for network confirmations. For a card, fill in the gateway form; crediting is usually instant.
- Once the balance is credited, choose the “channel members” service, paste the channel link, enter the quantity and confirm: the amount is deducted from the balance.
- Follow the order status in the order list; orders are usually delivered within a day.
Card or crypto: which to choose
| Card | Cryptocurrency | |
|---|---|---|
| Crediting speed | Usually instant | After network confirmations: minutes to an hour depending on the network |
| Where it works | Wherever international cards are accepted | Anywhere you have a wallet and the coin |
| Fees | Per the gateway's terms at the payment step | The sender pays the network fee; the balance receives what arrives |
| What you need | Card details on the gateway page | A wallet with the right coin on the right network |
| Refunds | To the cabinet balance | To the cabinet balance |
Which cryptocurrencies are accepted
Crypto top-ups go through the Cryptomus (Heleket) gateway. The minimum top-up is $1. The main coins and networks:
| Coin | Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), BSC (BEP-20), Polygon, Solana, TON, Arbitrum, Avalanche |
| USDC | Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana, TRON, Arbitrum, Avalanche |
| DAI | Ethereum, BSC, Polygon |
| BTC | Bitcoin |
| ETH | Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum |
| LTC, BCH, DOGE, DASH, XMR | Their own networks: Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Dash, Monero |
| SOL, TRX, BNB, POL, AVAX | Solana, TRON, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche |
| TON tokens | GRAM, USDT and other tokens on the TON network |
| Other tokens | SHIB, VERSE, CGPT and others per the gateway's list |
The cheapest and fastest option for small amounts is USDT on TRON or TON: the network fee is under a dollar and crediting takes minutes. Transfers on Ethereum and Bitcoin cost more in fees and take longer to confirm, which makes them a poor fit for a $1–10 top-up.
How much to top up
Order total = quantity × price per 1,000 ÷ 1,000. 1,000 members with refill cost $0.46, 10,000 cost $4.55, 10,000 with 60-day refill cost $8.45. The remaining balance does not expire and goes toward later orders, so you can top up with a margin for views and reactions. The minimum top-up is $1, enough for 2,000 members with refill; the sender pays the network fee. The exact order cost is shown by the calculator in advance.
If a crypto transfer has not arrived
- Wait for confirmations: the balance is credited after the network confirms the transaction, not at the moment of sending.
- Check the network: a coin sent on the wrong network does not reach the gateway address automatically.
- Check the amount: if less than stated was sent (for example, minus an exchange's withdrawal fee), the payment may stay uncredited.
- Write to support with the transaction hash and your cabinet e-mail: the payment is located by hash and credited manually.
How refunds work
An order canceled before the start is refunded to the balance in full. On partial delivery the cost of the undelivered part is refunded: amount × (ordered − delivered) ÷ ordered. Withdrawing from the balance to a card or wallet is handled by support separately, on request with the order number. On refill offers drops are topped up, which is not a refund.
What we never ask for
Your Telegram password, a login code, admin rights in the channel, a wallet seed phrase, or card details on tgfocus.com. Payment happens only on the payment gateway page inside the cabinet; if someone asks you to send money “directly” on behalf of TGFocus, it is not us.
